Project summary
An independently commissioned and built workplace interior developed directly with the client. I surveyed the space, developed the planning and design package, and translated the brief into a compact office combining focused work, storage, meeting, lounge and pantry functions.
The design package
The package ran from site measurement and the floor plan through the furniture layout and the custom built-ins — pantry, long workstations, storage and planter partitions, conference area — to FF&E specifications, reflected ceiling and lighting, finishes, elevations and 3D visualization.
Delivery
The client managed construction. I remained available for design questions during implementation.
